They have suspended my electricity because I have use my name and surname as reference. They making money on this reconnection fee. The staff was rude by the name of Kendell. They read wrong meter. I have move to prepared coz the monthly bill was rediculous high all the time and reconnection fee of 400 rand now with prepared reconnection fee is 200 plus.
