IMPACT METERS *******... DAY LIGHT *******...

This Company is robbing poor people. This is a day light *******. We moved out from the place that were renting end of July 2020. We were paying water and buying prepaid. 4 months later they send us the invoice of R1800 and they said it's due by the 7th of December 2020. I made arrangements that I won't be able to pay on the 7th of December 2020, I'll pay on the 18th of December 2020 when I receive my bonuses from work. On the 18th of December 2020 I paid that money in full as arranged. In January 2021 I recieved another invoice from Credit tel. They say I'm awing R200 and something. Now I asked what is it for? they said my account was handed over on the 8th of December because I didn't pay on the 7th of December when the money was due.. Really, how can you hand over someone who made arrangements? I didn't have money on the 7th and I paid their money n full on the 18th of December as arranged with Impact Meters. Now they want me to pay Creditel and the money is increasing every month now It's +R600. Really these people thinks We are Motsepe's kids. Creditel didn't even work for that money, they've never contacted us. We only received an email from them saying we must pay them, can you imagine... IMPACT METERS DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEND ME THE PAID UP LETTER. I PAID YOUR MONEY IN FULL. I DON'T AWE YOU. STOP HARRASING US WITH YOUR EMAILS AND STICKING TICKETS. JUST STOP.. STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING...
