Impact meters is making money off of their clients with this reconnection fee. First of all the technician did not sign the letter he left behind. I tried to call him as he walked away he didn't look at me. They didn't alert me in time about cutting off my lights. An SMS would've been appreciated. I'm ****ed off. This reconnection fee is more than the amount I owe. I am taking this up with my lawyer. This letter is invalid.
