Impact meters ******** people with their water meters

The **** of a company. Their water meter was giving incorrect readings for over a year. I complained for months on end about it. They did nothing about it until I started involving lawyers. They blocked my electricity meter for a water bill, with water we did not use, as their meter was giving incorrect readings. A plumber they recommended came, checked the meter and found it to be faulty. They replaced the water meter but now they don’t want to credit my account with the money they billed me for water I didn’t use. On top of that they want be to pay for the “outstanding” bill that was caused by their water meter. And they don’t want to unblock my electricity meter. What a ****ty excuse of a company.
