IMPACT METERS POOR SERVICE, POOR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE!!

Rochelle from impact meters has zero business etiquette. No one was here to read my water meter the month before last and now they want to slap me with 2 water bills this month! One being for R259.44?? I live alone, I wash once a week and shower one a day! My normal water bill has been R160-R190! When you email them the water bill you get charged "late fees" (even though you do it the same day every month) but there is no ramifications for them skipping an ENTIRE month!!! They cannot even tell you when they'll read the meters, they just pitch up unannounced and expect you to be home! They're overpriced and unprofessional getting bills wrong and not doing their jobs!
