IMPACT METERS POOR SERVICE

I paid the company this morning, I sent a screen shot , instantly after doing that , they blocked my account and said they need a POP that is from the bank . I did that , I don't understand, I had till 25.10.2025 to arrange payment as per their email. POP as per bank proof was sent tonight, They have such poor service, disrespect people who do pay the account. The water bill went 4 times more in the last few months, this is the same no of people and usage of water as always. Who is *****ing from who ? and why ? Poor service , I cant trust them , they are ******!
