Impact meters overcharging

I m really tired of this company they are overcharging me every month I can't be paying R1000 water and sanitation on the invoice is less than R500 every month but total amount due is R1000 last month I had to pay R1500, because they blocked electricity 5 days later balance overdue R1000 this is crazy
