Impact Meters Must Go

I have not met a single person using this company's services who has not had a bad experience. unexplained charges on the statement, extremely high amounts on electricity and water.

My July bill had double charges on electricity, water and sanitation. it further explained that double charges should only be on water and sanitation because of the tariff increase. to my surprise i had a double charge on my electricity bill as well and i was told they took readings for 2 different dates. the 1st was for a shorter period and the 2nd was for a longer period to show me my electricity consumption over 2 weeks and over a month.. i did not ask for this, it did not specify this on the statement, the date of the statement was for the normal period, month.

I think we should all lay all our complaints to the municipality to revoke this business' trading license as they take advantage of the clients and charge ridiculous amounts. mostly estimated.
