Impact meters lying about access to property

NO RATING FOR THEM! Their meter reading guy was here taking the readings and I took a photo of his phone for my records, NOW they are charging me a fine because the reader said he didn't get access to the property to do the READING?????????????? We phoned them to no success, hence why I am here!
