Impact meters issuing a used voucher

On the 10th February I bought a voucher at a BP garage I Midrand and when I got home the voucher was used .<br> <br> Went to the garage the following day ,then called unipin who said they will investigate ,they got back to me saying its prepaid meters .<br> <br> Bought another voucher which worked fine which clearly indicates that the problem is with the voucher.<br> <br> I called again on Thursday spoke to Mohammed who was the supervisor on duty ,he advised he will call back on Friday with feedback and he has not called .went from pillar to post and still ot resovled .now i am told i must pay R180 fee for them to check if the token is loaded or not ..im fed up,this is uncacceptale.then Uinpin says its impact meters ,impact meers says its unipin .<br> and im still siting with a used voucher .<br> <br>
