Impact meters is the worst company ever

Soo Impact meters disconnected my electricity because I apparently I did not pay my September account.well I called today and explained that I paid and I sent the proof of payment. The lady i was talking to said the proof of payment doesn't have a reference number and I asked her to allocate the money to my account and she said I must pay R250.00 for reconnection. I'm a struggling single parent of 2 kids , I cannot even afford to pay my October fees and still pay R250.00 for the reconnection fee. It means I have to stay without electricity for the whole month because of a reference number. I really don't have the money to pay I have already paid my September account last month
