Impact Meters is *****ing from the consumer.

Since May/June 2020; Impact Meters has been *****ing my money.

The exact same amount of money I have been spending on electricity for the whole month (before May/June 2020) now lasts me less that a week.

I have not connected anything new. We used a Gas Heater for the winter days. Someone needs to put a STOP to this brazen theft and ****gery.

Now (13.08.2020) I bought a voucher and sent a SMS to retrieve a token at 18h00. It is not 19h30 and I'm still to receive the token.
