Impact Meters is Ripping us off

I recently moved out of the premises I was staying at. I moved in on the 1st of January 2023 and moved out on the 29th January 2023. On the 3rd of February I informed Impact meters that I had moved out of the premises and I was told to fill in a form to get my refund. About a week or two ago I received an sms saying I owe them R205 of which I had initially told them to deduct the amount I owe them for water consumption from my deposit and refund the balance. Today I received a statement after bugging them to send me the statement in order for me to see my water consumption. They sent a statement with a just a cooked consumption. According to them...my water consupmtion was R1252.99 of which I'm still shocked as to how did it get to that amount. They just added R202 since my deposit was R1050. They are refusing to elucidate me more on how it got to that amount when I was hardly home.
