Impact meters is ripping us off

Impact has been overcharging me for months now. The first month they adjusted the invoice but didn't explain how it was adjusted. They overcharged me for August and September and they can't explain how their meter readings are different from the actual readings, attribute the ridiculous invoice to the increased municipality tariffs. I went from paying R135 in July to being invoiced R1544 for August and September combined.
