Impact Meters has not paid our re-connection fee back

I am doing a followup on the review which I wrote last week. It has been seven days and Impact Meters has not done anything to resolve my issue of making me pay the R570 for re connection after they switched-off my electricity after we have paid.

We need our re-connection fee back
