Impact Meters failing with service Still

Guys we live in a small 2 bedroom apartment, and our electricity bill went from being R500 to R2000. and they have the same level of support as the city council has. they respond by saying we should pay it or our power gets cut. The service is atrocious on a good day. calling the land lines is also a waste of your Good Given time. they should not be allowed to run a business.
