Impact Meters - Electricity ***

<p>I have received a letter underneath my door for discontinuation of Electricity. </p> <p>I have never skipped my monthly payment. </p> <p>Last payment was done on 28 September for R500, and the others I paid as follow 29 Aug R400, 23 Jul R800, 30 June R400......</p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p> <p>Now I'm pay arrears of R584.64 and reconnection fee of R440. For what ? </p> <p>I didn't get this months invoice, last invoice Nr ********** 96 received was dated 10 Aug 2016 and amount due was R384.69.</p> <p>On the 29 Aug I paid R400 and on 28 September I paid R500.</p> <p> </p> <p>How canI be in arrears? </p> <p> </p>
