Impact Meters charges

I thinking about time we stood up against Impact Meters. They charge ridiculous amounts that can't be explained, they are too busy to explain but never too busy to switch off electricity. We cannot keep paying money that we don't understand and continue living like life is normal. I stay with my 8yr old son and we're not home most of the day, only cook like once a month and I've been paying around R1300 a month from March this year 2020. It's too much, I have other things I need to do I can't live for electricity and water nooooo!
