Impact Meters are a bunch of *******s

<p>I've been with Impact Meyers for over 3 years now and my water and electricity bill has never been more than a R1000 for a month, I recently discontinued my services with them as I moved out and they sent me a final bill of R1700 just because they want to keep the R1900 deposit I paid and on top of that they still charged me a R1000 that I don't even know where it comes from, I asked to speak to a Manager and all they did was send me the same bill, how pathetic. I know they will probably not respond to this but people should know that they take advantage of people and I would never ever recommend them. </p>
