Impact Meters acknowledged they billed me wrong but I should pay for their mistake

Impact Meter invoice me wrong and later wants me to pay the last month electricity money combined with this month bill. Who does that…you guys are pathetic. You need to learn more bout customer service. All they could say is we apologize for the inconvenience. Where am I supposed to get the money from…worst worst ever
