IMPACT METERS - A BUNCH OF ******

i have HUGE problem with these people. Firstly last month { February } i got a bill on R512 and i paid it, a week later i got a bill of R320 and i paid it, two weeks later i'm getting another bill of R712 ??? how in the right mind does one pay over R1500 in water bills when i am never at my place. I called in and i could'nt get help from a lady named Beauty, i sent an email to a lady named Sharon on { March 10th } whom all work at Impact Meters and to this day i havn't received feedback. Now they have cut my lights and i am sleeping in the dark and my food is getting rotten because my lights are out. The lady on the phone had the decency to say its only small money i must pay it... I DEMAND answers from them on how they calculate their readings and how i get to pay over R1500 in hardly 2 months.
