Impact Meters A Bunch Of ******

Impact meters is a bunch of ******, I can't find out who owns them as they keep this info off their website. They take a deposit based on a about 6 months consumption before you move in and then when you move out they use delay tactics to pay the deposit back. Despite holding my deposit for over 3 years they also don’t pay a cent interest to their clients. Companies like this should be taken to task by the customers, but they won’t as it is a click of Pretoria companies who support each other to rip customers off. Even Eskom is better that Impact meters!!
