Impact meters

I am a landlord with a pre-paid electricity meter. Impact refuses to accept my meter and wants me to still work through them NO OTHER OPTION. I have spend time on numerous calls to them to request that the electricity account stays on my name, because the tenant buys electricity for an approved vendor, then the vendor pays the electricity usage over to me as the landlord then I pay the electricity bill. The people at Impact Meters just does not understand this. They even paid MY deposit that I paid for the electricity into the tenants account when the tenant vacated my property. They want to DO IT ALL, no other services providers allowed. Impact meters does not work for a landlord that rents out their properties. They claim that they "replace" the municipality, but the service and the way the municipality works, exceeds the service and the way Impact works a thousand times. What a bad experience and the worst company I have worked with EVER.
