impact meters

this place is busy woth dayloght ******* , according to the lady my meter is blocked even though o did make a payment , i am not allowed to send proof of payment from my banking app , they say that the email wont be recieved , now i have to pay R220 fine for my meter to be unblocked , even though i did pay 3 fays before the requierd date.
