Impact Metering Service - Centurion - Robbing us!

I logged an issue with Impact Metering Systems (Prepaid Electricity Metering) regarding a sudden massive increase in consumption on my small property. My consumption over the last couple of months has been between R700-R900 per month but has now jumped to R1800-R2000 per month since they "updated their token software". Further to this I have also installed a geyser timer to reduce consumption however it has made no difference at all. IMS is dishonest, it is not possible for my unit to consume so much power all of a sudden when my neighbor with similar size house still consumes R700-R850 per month on normal municipal billing. Something is wrong here and we need to bring this to everyone's attention!!
