Impact metering robbing customers

Im not happy with my bill. Even if the rates went up, I cant move from being charged 1*** to 2400 a month. This is ridiculously ridiculous. Even during the deep winter I paid 2000 but now 2400???? Please review this. Im not happy at all. I unfortunately cant attach my statement to see the irregularities on it.
