Impact Metering

ZERO STARS! Worst metering company ever. City of Tshwane is more helpful and accommodating. Terrible service and assistance, they are unreasonable and the staff all have attitudes. Specifically the staff in the new applications department, too much effort to assist. If a person doesn't have a printer and not everyone who must sign is even in the same province yet, how are you suppose to get everyones signature on the documents, cause Impact does not accept digital signatures??? But rental agency as well as the bank accepted digital signatures. Entire week spent to sort out the documentation etc in order to have electricity put on by tomorrow and last minute as per usual, they come with all kinds of excuses and extras required cause they cannot do their jobs and cannot assist in actually streamlining any processes. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic excuse for a company, who really do not care at all about their clients. People should stop using them and give the public a choice when renting or buying a premises. Many people do not buy or rent as Impact Metering was the actual deal breaker.
