Impact Meter *******

Bunch of *******. I've been a customer for over a year. Not once was my account over R1 800. When I moved out of the rental unit into my house, I get a bill from them for over R3 000. They cannot explain how they got here. Simply that it's because the last invoice was 45 days instead of 30. If you work it out on worst case scenario, using the R1 800 that was during lockdown with my whole family at home every day. Then you get R1 800 / 30 days = R60 per day. If you take R60 X 45 days you get R2 700!!!!. I stopped arguing as there was not enough brain capacity to figure this out, so they can shove the deposit and I'll pay them another R1 600 as well so they can go away. I started paying the R1 600 @ R200p/m. Next thing I get threatened with being blacklisted and they hand me over to debt collectors that are just as rude as they are. Then I paid the outstanding amount so the harassment can stop. No luck, I still get phone calls, sms's and e-mails threatening to blacklist me! What a useless bunch of *******. Give this company a skip if you can, they will ***** from you in the end, that's a fact.
