Impact meter services poor service ( electricity bill increased by 150%

My electricity consumption doubled. It went up with more than 100%. Nothing has changed in my life/place.. It's either it's faulty electricity readings machines or *******ion from Impact meter services to recover or make money/profit from the clients.

I called the call centre there's they can't even explain it.
