Impact Meter Services Poor Service

Good day,

I would like to lodge a complain against Impact Meter Service, Daisy and Jevonne employees are ******, they billed me water for R15 000 which was the leak outside the house, that was suppose to be their problem but the switch off and i eventually agree to pay the amount in installments then after that they told me they do not accept EFT and switch off again with interest, i want to matter to be taken to their board, i cannot be ********** like that
