Impact Meter Services Lazy Rude and aggressive people

These people are another ball game. Their offices are closed due to Covid although 3 people are working in the office with no PPE's or anything. We were one day due to move into our new home and the electricity was not on. We had no choice to drive to them in Centurion. As we walked in a lady by the name of Sandra said "We are closed for the public please leave". I was so mad and said what must we do? Live without electricity? She looked at a gentleman who refused to give us his name and said go help them, got out of his office no PPE equipment on and ask my mom why did you pay if you had no invoice? She explained that she has been calling for 2 weeks even their emergency number and we had no luck. He was so rude, when I intervened as I will NOT let a man speak to my mom that way he got so aggressive and said to me "How old are you, I am not listening to a child". Well, I am 41 and he is not much older than me and I can't help still looking in my 20's, so thanks for the compliment. Sandra said to him don't help them. He wrote on a paper and said "Fill this in and send back". Our lights were on but really, it could have been avoided if Sandra was not so rude and he not extremely aggressive. I have never ever in my live saw such lazy people and so extremely rude. Their director Herman Deetlefs must be ashamed of his staff. But as they say, a fish rot from the top thus he must be setting no example to his lazy rude staff. Obviously there is no contact details for him as he is most probably in hiding.
