Impact meter services - Disgusting service to say the least...*********** its clients at every chance they get

my electricity was disconnected in the 21 August 2019, when i called impact i am told o made a short payment of R403 on my bill and now i have to pay another R570 on top of the R403 in re connection fees. i am puzzled at what type of a business run by a normal human being would charge over 100% of the bill to reconnect? These impact people just want to make money out of its clients. if i had a choice i would cancel everything but sadly the body corporate of the estate i stay in is using impact. their statements are also crazy and no one can explain to me what is happening as these amounts just get inflated whenever they feel like it...and the call center people are just rude nxa....such a disgusting service SIES!!!
