IMPACT METER SERVICES

I have been trying to terminate my electrical connection (administered by Impact Meter Services) since June 2020, close my account and have my deposit returned. There is no telephonic service, all done via email, and all one gets is yet another 'Ticket Number" Absolutely desperate - a disgrace.
