Impact meter services

The worst service ever, i am never around during the day with my main switch down but the bill is R1050.19, i mean who is using it from 05:00 to 19:00 everyday. you people are a *******. i called them asking for a detailed report they couldn't provide, i asked for their schedule of readings collection they said they will email and i never heard from them again. these people add up the units/houses of the building as mine consists of 4 units then divide it, basically i am paying someone else's bill
