Impact Meter Services
It's unfortunate that with electricity, you can't survive when you live in certain parts of Pretoria where Impact Meter Services are electricity suppliers. My experience with them is the reason I'm in the dark even though I'm using prepaid electricity. At the heart of my dispute is the R1750 deposit increment they wanted me to pay which is 140% more than the initial deposit of R1250 they already have. Now this has led to a tug of war, which I doubt it'll end anytime soon as they're hellbent on making sure I pay even though I've switched to prepaid in May. They used wrong accounting principles, manipulated the figures and when i questioned them it went down spiral. Worse is they don't have a complaints desk, nor social media platforms where clients can interact with them. Even small businesses have twitter handles but they don't. My children's food is wasted, I'm unable to work because WiFi uses electricity, our phone batteries are about to die, cannot help my child with school work. Where can I report them, I know am not the only person who is complaining about them, if you've had or are in the same predicament let's hear. Maybe we could make noise until someone hear us and listens
