IMPACT METER RADICIOULAS CHARGES

Good day,

I am a single woman staying in Equestria. I moved in in January of this year. Every single month my bill was between R1500 and R1800. Since last month I receive a bill for over R6200 and this month again. I have phoned several times, emailed and the response i got was "WELL THERE MUST BE SOMETHING USING THE POWER". I have no electric heater or anything out of the ordinary. I had to pay a electrician to come out to my house and test every appliance in my house and NOTHING was found faulty. I had to pay for the electrician as well. Now I had to pay for a test meter to be installed. How do I know that there units are accurate. All the reviews on social media that I see of Impact Meters are all BAD. Why it this?
