Impact Meter Is a Complete Disgrace - Extremely Disappointed

I am beyond disgusted and absolutely furious with the disgraceful excuse of a service provided by Impact Meter. This company is a **** operation hiding behind the mask of utility management. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel it’s my duty to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

I registered for electricity only. That’s it. Simple. During the process they required a deposit for both electricity and water. When I flagged this issue, their response was weak and unhelpful. I made it clear I didn’t want their water service and decided to cancel the entire process. I never moved into the apartment. I never used a single unit of their so-called service. But that didn’t stop them. They started sending me invoices for services I NEVER USED.

I raised the issue again, and a representative told me to send an email confirming that I didn’t occupy the place or use any utilities, so they could reverse the charges. I did exactly that. But instead of resolving the issue, they took things to the next level and handed over my "account" to their partner ****mer, debt collectors.

Now I’m being harassed by ***********, unprofessional collectors who have even doubled the amount of the **** debt they claim I owe. It’s nothing but a **** wrapped in bureaucracy.

Impact Meter and their partners are nothing more than opportunistic parasites. They prey on innocent people, exploiting gaps in the system to ****** money for services that were never used, never agreed to, and never delivered. It’s *****ulent, *********, and downright disgusting.

To anyone thinking of signing up with Impact Meter think twice. If you value your peace of mind, your time, and your money, STAY AWAY. This company is a ticking time bomb of nonsense.
