Impact meter is a ****
I stay alone and hardly at home,my bill is usually less than R400,…..from January and February my bill went to R940 without any explanation,call centre agents hang up your calls,when they do answer they can’t give you any answer….impact meters is the worst

06 Mar 2026, 19:43I’ve been sending emails from late February to no response,I’m not happy with impact meters,I doesn’t make sense for me to pay R940 for water bill on a bachelor apartment that I hardly leave in….the bill went from R400 to R940,for the past few months I was making extra payments and even sent proof of payment…I’m livid

As such, the office is unable to provide explanations for any differences in usage or to clarify why your consumption may be higher than expected. We provide billing solely based on the actual readings we collect.
