Horrible services at impact meter

Good day

Ever since I starting in 199 sable mansions I been having problems with water bill.

On the 16 December 2021. Two men from impact came into my garden to switch of my water, saying that I owe R700 which i paid immediately after the incident and bear in mind I usually pay 400 or 300 each month whenever I got something on me. Then I received email on the 20 December 2021 saying that I owe R3293.03 which is highly impossible cos I'm hardly home, how does I owe so much money. And the most annoying thing is that I stay alone. And the impact its registered with my mother's name.

Then I called the impact officers that's when I received horrible services that didn't help me with nothing. I asked is it possible that I owe them 3293.03? All they said I should pay for restraining water. From 700 to 3293.03 how's that possible! They didn't wanna hear the side of my story and make me understand they were just rude and dropped my call. So now I couldn't renew my lease for my apartment cos I'm scared I might get more problems with impect meter. Can we kindly get a solution into this matter ASAP!
