Horrible service, refusing to refund

We have moved out of the place where we had to use Impact Meter Services. It has been more than 7 weeks that we submitted the documents for a refund and still nothing. They now even ignoring my emails and I see they don't respond to Hello Peter. Just shows you the lack of respect for their clients, clearly they just after the money. A word of warning, if you can AVOID them at all costs!!
