Horrible service

Our complex Stone Gardens North decided to install water meters with Impact Meter Services. They just implemented the service without notifying the resident of a due date to register and pay a deposit. They refused and blocked us from reloading our electricity meter/account (they blocked) us. Some residence went without electricity for the entire weekend as they close over a weekend. I have sold mu unit, requested to discontinue the water and electricity service (my accounts are fully paid), now they tell me they take 6-8 weeks to reimburse my deposit.....................
