Horrible Service

Horrible experience with this Company..I actually wanna move out of the complex because of this Company..every single month I have had to pay a reconnection fee that is even way more than my bill, you dont even get notified before they disconnect..you are a bunch of ********** what money making scheme is this?? I am fed up, you dont even pick up the phone as soon as a pop is sent to confirm and send a technician ASAP...you dont send monthly statements we have to guess how much we owe, ****ED UP SERVICE!!!
