Horrible service at impact

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! Their online service is just up to ****! Rather stick to telegram technology if you're not going to implement a robust online system that at least works. Very poorly designed system. How do you justify an online system that needs a whole day's telephone conversations with 30 different people in a call center to resolve a simple thing?
