Horrible customer service

If I could I would rate this company a half star. I have never seen such ********** customer service. The service consultants are extremely rude, had an interaction with 1 lady today who hung up the phone on me while trying to get resolution to my issue. No sense of urgency as well and they will never give you a prompt response and will move around in circles when assisting you. Absolutely unacceptable and terrible service from Impact Meter service
