Horrible customer service

The worst customer service ever!!! Spoke to deidre phetla. Impact wanted a deposit which the previous owner had agreed to leave without so I wouldn't incur the cost. They could not accept this as a deposit. The problem was that as We were discussing how to resolve the matter she said got irritated and hung up on me!!! Without giving me any details about where to forward a proof of payment or what reference to use!!!! This after calling me with a private number so I had no direct line to call her back. They still cut the electricity for 24 hours even though I had paid the deposit Using banking details from the previous owners old bill.
