Horrible

Our meter is not working, we haven’t electricity since 4am. Called the after hours number around 7am and the person said to send a WhatsApp and they will get to it. We called the offices after 08:30 when they open and they said they would dispatch a technician. Called again at 13:00 and still waiting on a technician to come. Electricity is only out in a few units so but they are not helpful. The after hours guy only rep**** after 12:00 with a number to impact meters offices.
