********** WHO HIDE WITH LAME EXCUSES

They are ********** who hide with silly excused of not covering a claim, I purchased a car which was serviced with 125 376 km and its due to be serviced at 140 376 so now Zultan Treeby is playing games of stating that I should have serviced the car on the 09/02/2021 due to the last service date of 09/02/2020 but the car is supposed to be serviced every 15 000 km but now that he must pay the claimed application he states that I don't qualify he doesn't even show me a legal document from FORD which states that I must service yearly and every 15 000 km, had I have read the reviews previously I wouldn't have joined their warranty insurance services I feel that they only consider the lumpsum payment they received and they forget about the customer in need
