***** and ******** activity, with no response from Impact Meters!

They have now send me a bill for almost double the amount of the last bill. In July they sent us an email demanding we pay them R1850 for the May and June, thats R925 per month. We asked them for an itemized billing statement, they refused to send us one. Now they sent us a bill for the past 30 days, with the amount of R1799.68 Again we asked for an itemized billing statement. And again, our emails are ignored. I have photos of the meter readings as proof that it is not possible for us to use this much electricity. What they are doing is *****, and I want to report them. But who do you report crime to? Should I open a court case against Impact Meters?
