False Accusation

So yesterday they come to my house, no proof whatsoever, they claim we tempered with electricity, they switch off and drain the geyser water and tell us to call their office, we call and ask if we tempered with the electricity when did you notice, they say 21st October, so we like if your site agents come to the complex almost everyday, it took them 2 months to notice, we then tell them we have proof of payment for the past 3 months, guess what Jevonne says "Just pay the fine", theres a big **** running here and i smell a rat, how convenient they run it in December, with so many bad reviews hows this company still open?
