exploiting clients

I have been struggling with the Impact meters for a few months now. They are charging me R380.88 and R316.94 for a statement and printout I never asked for. The amount payable despite paying keeps going up and not down, how does that work though???All I wanted was for a recon stating the amount to be paid less the deposit amount and funds already paid and to my surprise I get a statement with these amount with documents I never requested. Is it really that hard for one person who can do the work to just do this simple thing and not to be charged a ridiculous amount for print out not manually done. I hope the universe can here me and possible dealt with this matter for me.
